Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor: 

Momo Orchard Holdings Inc, 168 Canal Street, Suite 300, New York, NY (“Momofuku” or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

1. Eligibility.

The MOMOFUKU AND LE CREUSET ONE POT SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, and who are 18 years of age or older and who have an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account as of date of entry (an “Entrant”).

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws.  The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or to immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of Sponsor.

 

1. How to Enter the Sweepstakes.

, Beginning on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 9:00am CST and ending on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:00pm CST (the “Entry Period”): (1) sign up for Momofuku’s email list at the URL here (for US) or here (for Canada) (if you are not already subscribed) as well as (2) prepare a meal using one of the Momouku recipes found at the URL https://shop.momofuku.com/blogs/recipes and post a photo of your meal in-feed on either Instagram, TikTok, or the Momofuku Facebook Community Group a using the hashtag #onepotmonth that complies with all of the requirements set forth below in Section 4 (Entry Requirements) (a “Qualifying Entry”). 

 You may enter multiple times with different posts, but each entry must feature a different recipe creation.  Entries may only be submitted by a single registered Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok user; group submissions are not permissible. Use of computer programs, artificial intelligence, and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and Device usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

Alternative Method of Entry: You may also enter by printing your name, date of birth, and complete address on a 3” x 5” paper. Mail to: 168 Canal Street, Suite 300, NY, NY 10013 (a “Mail-In Entry”). Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately in a stamped envelope. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.

1. Entry Requirements.

ANY ENTRY DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE OR UNSUITABLE, IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

* Entries must include the #onepotmonth hashtag; 

* Entrant must be 18 years of age or older at the time the photo was taken;

* Entries must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, contain profanity, nudity, sexual content; hateful content of any kind; content that promotes violence or harm to another living creature; or any other offensive content (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

* Entries must not contain material that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing) or promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;

* Entries must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

* Entries must not contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations; or promote any political agenda or party;

* Entries must not include any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, other than Sponsor’s related materials, or advertise or promote any brand or product owned by any entity other than Sponsor;

* Entries must not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other identifying elements of any person (“Image Rights”), including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without express written permission from the person or persons (or their estate) depicted in the Entry;

* Entries must be in keeping with Sponsors’ image and not contain any material that could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of Sponsors, its subsidiaries or affiliates; 

* Entries must not violate or encourage the violation of any law, rule or regulation; and

*Entries must feature original photographs taken by the applicant.

1. Drawing: 

A random drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, March 4, 2024 from all Qualifying Entries and Mail-In Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 

Potential winners will be notified by email or DM on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook by Sponsor, after the Entry Period. The winner must reply to the winner notification from the Sponsor and provide an email address of the winner within thirty-six (36) hours.  If a winner is not reachable at the e-mail address provided and a forwarding mailing e-mail address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Determinations made by Sponsors are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

1. Prizes. 

Three (3) winners will be selected to receive our full suite of Momofuku Goods, including our Momofuku Noodles, Momofuku Chili Crunches, Momofuku Liquids and Pantry Items, and a Le Creuset Dutch Oven (TOTAL PRIZE ARV: $500). Limit one prize per family or household. 

No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsors who reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes within the prize pack with prize(s) of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sponsors will pay for the delivery charges to mail out the prizes to the winners. Limit one prize per family or household.

1. General Rules. 

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute and display each submitted entry and to use each entry, including any Image Rights contained therein, in any manner including promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity and commercial uses without any further notice or payment to Entrant (except where prohibited by law). Entrant represents and warrants that its entry does not and will not infringe any copyright or trademark or any other third-party right or violate any applicable law or regulation, including any right to privacy or publicity. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified Instagram, Facebook, or Tiktok account was registered. 

 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsor and award prizes from among all QualifyingEntries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an Entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to Entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.   Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities...

1. RELEASE AND JURISDICTION. 

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to promotions fully carried out within Illinois.

 

By entering, Entrant agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) to forever waive, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsors’ affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, their employees, officers, directors and agents from all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prizes (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, and damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. 

 

Winner’s List: To be posted on the Sweepstakes Instagram Page on or before 12:00am Tuesday, March 5, 2024. 

 

9. Privacy Notice.

All personal information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is located at https://shop.momofuku.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to such Privacy Policy and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with such Privacy Policy. 

This Sweepstakes is in no way offered, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media website, including but not limited to Instagram, any mobile application, or any video conferencing technology that may be used by the Entrant or Sponsors in the course of this Sweepstakes.
