Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup pickled ramps*
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt

*you can substitute half store-bought pickled pearl onions and half raw scallion greens, both finely chopped

Directions

Stir together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and pickled ramps in a bowl. Season with lemon juice and Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt to taste. This will keep in the fridge for about a week.
