KOREAN-AMERICAN ROOTS

Even before starting Momofuku, Dave Chang has been eating versions of this sauce his whole life. Our Korean BBQ Sauces are inspired by the sauces and flavors that Dave’s mom used in her cooking. These flavors were essential to Dave’s Korean-American upbringing, as well as the Momofuku pantry.
