Frequently Asked Questions
We say yes! But we’re biased and we’ll always rep our own. Take it from folks who love our products: With over 16,000 reviews and an average of 4.6 star rating, the people have spoken — our products are delicious, versatile, and absolutely worth it.
There are 5 individually-wrapped noodle packs and sauce packets in each bag.
Our community finds that one individual noodle pack served with mix-ins like veggies and a fried egg is plenty for one person — but if you’re a hearty eater, we won’t discourage you from having more.

Our noodles are made with ingredients we're proud to stand behind and are air-dried rather than fried. This means they don’t rely on artificial preservatives, resulting in a slightly shorter shelf life than you might expect. We'll ensure that your noodles arrive with at least 4 months until their best-by date or we'll send you a replacement if you reach out to us. We're actively working to extend this timeframe and anticipate being able to offer an even longer shelf life in the future.
DIFFERENT FROM THE START
Our vinegar is different from the very start. We spent months creating the perfect blend of organic jasmine and basmati rices to brew and ferment into rice wine. Once we’re happy with that flavor, the vinegar process begins.
AGED TO PERFECTION
We age our vinegar for months to develop and deepen the flavor. Time creates an uncommonly balanced vinegar that’s less harsh than you’d expect — and much more flavorful. It can stand up to the most powerful flavors in your pantry without overpowering them.
UNFILTERED FLAVOR
Our vinegar will enliven your dishes, because it’s alive itself. We leave our vinegar unfiltered so stands of nutrient-rich live vinegar mother in the bottle will continue to develop the flavor long after it leaves our kitchens for yours. It’s the way vinegar should be.

This easy vinaigrette would be delicious on many roasted or pan fried vegetables—think green beans, cauliflower, red peppers, eggplant, carrots, and more.
This dish is impressive enough for a crowd, but easy enough if you’re attempting it on a weeknight. It’s an homage to a lot of different rice dishes, but it’s also inspired by the fan–favorite crispy rice on the menu at our restaurant in Los Angeles.
