10-Minute Creamy Sesame Noodles
This is a quick & easy recipe that requires less than 10 ingredients. It’s bright, nutty, and savory—plus we add tahini, our Toasted Sesame Oil, and a generous bit of green onions for extra freshness.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1½ tablespoons Momofuku Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1½-2 tablespoons Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ¾-1 cup green onions, chopped
Directions
Prepare Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles according to package instructions.
Top with the other remaining ingredients, excluding canola oil. Heat canola oil in a saucepan until sizzling. Pour the oil over the noodles. Mix until well coated.
To serve, top with additional green onions & additional sesame seeds, if desired.
