15-Minute Noodle Wrap Hack
Crispy, cheesy, saucy, and packed with flavor — this noodle wrap is the ultimate comfort food upgrade. Created by @berryveganplanet, it brings together Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles, Chili Crunch, and Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce for a wrap that’s crunchy on the outside and bold on the inside.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 flour tortillas (lightly warmed on a griddle so they fold easily)
- 1 pack Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles (cooked according to package, with included sauce + spice packets)
- 1 (10 oz) bag frozen plant-based chicken pieces
- Generous drizzle of Momofuku Sweet & Savory BBQ Sauce (for chicken + dipping)
- 2 slices plant-based pepper jack cheese
- 2–4 tbsp kimchi
- Momofuku Chili Crunch (1 heaping tsp for sauce + extra drizzle for topping)
Creamy Spicy Sauce:
- 3–4 heaping tbsp unsweetened plain yogurt or vegan sour cream
- 2–3 tbsp Momofuku Sweet & Savory BBQ Sauce (to taste)
- 1 heaping tsp Momofuku Chili Crunch
Directions
Prepare noodles according to package directions, mixing with the included sauce and spice packets.
In a small bowl, combine the Creamy Spicy Sauce ingredients until smooth.
Toss the frozen plant-based chicken pieces (10 oz) generously with Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce, then air fry as directed on package, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Warm tortillas on a griddle just until pliable. Cut a slit from the edge to the center of each tortilla.
Arrange ingredients on each quarter of the tortilla:
Quarter 1: Slice of plant-based cheese
Quarter 2: Prepared noodles
Quarter 3: Crispy BBQ chicken pieces
Quarter 4: Creamy Spicy Sauce topped with kimchi (2–4 tbsp)
Fold wrap into quarters and heat briefly until cheese melts.
Drizzle with extra Chili Crunch, slice, dip into sauce, and enjoy!
