Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce

- ½ pound thinly sliced beef, such as flank steak
- 1 bunch of broccoli, broken into florets
- Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
- scallions, sesame seeds (optional)

This quick stir-fry is a classic—here we swap in our Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce so that there’s no mincing, sautéing, nor reducing. Just toss in the sauce and start your stir-fry.

Season beef with Kosher salt.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sear beef for 1 minute on each side, then add broccoli and Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until broccoli is softened, adding more Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce, as needed.
To serve, top with scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
