5-Minute Garlic Butter Sesame Noodles
This recipe is deceptively simple for the amount of flavor you get. Adding garlic that’s been lightly sautéed to any of our noodles creates a glossy sauce and supercharges all the savory flavors in each of our sauce packets. Here we prepare it with our Sesame Miso Noodles, but this recipe would also be delicious with our Soy & Scallion or Sweet & Spicy flavors. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs Momofuku Sesame Miso Noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic, grated
- scallions, chopped
Directions
Cook noodles for 3 minutes, then drain, reserving about ½ cup of the noodle water.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add grated garlic. Stir to saute the garlic, about 1 minute, then add the cooked noodles back to the pot. Add 3 tablespoons of the noodle water and the sauce packets and cook until the noodles are glossy with the sauce, about 30 seconds to 1 minute longer.
Serve topped with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
