Chicken
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Momofuku Sweet and Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
Nashville Hot Ranch
- Sesame seeds
- Crushed red pepper
- Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Hot avocado oil
- Low calorie Greek yogurt
- Fresh parsley
Cucumber and Apple Salad
- Cucumber
- Apple
- Lemon juice
- Momofuku Rice Vinegar
- Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
- Salt
- Garlic powder
Bread
- Ciabatta, sourdough, or other bread of choice

Air Fryer Chicken: Dredge 1 chicken thigh into flour, then into the beaten eggs, then into crushed corn flakes. Make sure to press the corn flakes into the chicken firmly.
Next, preheat your air fryer to 385F. Once preheated, place your battered chicken thigh into the air fryer and give a light spray of oil, cook for 16 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
Once cooked, drench the chicken in Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce .
Nashville hot ranch: Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Cucumber salad: Add all ingredients into a sealable container and shake.
Assemble: Layer the sauced chicken and cucumber salad onto your bread of choice. Add a drizzle of the Nashville hot ranch for added heat and serve.
