BIBIM NOODLES
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Stir-fry sliced vegetables on medium heat, until the onions become fragrant.
Optional: add ground pork to a separate pan and cook on medium high heat. Add the noodle sauce packet to flavor, and cook until brown.
To serve, add the cooked noodles to a bowl. Top with stir-fried vegetables and cooked pork. Drizzle Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce on top, to taste. Mix and enjoy.

BEEF STIR-FRIED NOODLES
Cook onions and thinly sliced beef in a pan, and add Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce to taste.
Boil noodles according to package directions. Once noodles are cooked, add to the beef and onion mix. Stir until well combined.
To serve, top with green onion.

CREAMY PEANUT CHILI NOODLES
Boil noodles according to package directions.
In a small bowl, combine the noodle sauce packet, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and Chili Crunch to taste.
Add cooked noodles to the peanut sauce, mix until well combine. Optionally, top with cooked proteins of choice.
